一、完成工作量:
本人20xx年(nian)上(shang)半年(nian)在xx小區從事土建監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),完成(cheng)12棟樓三(san)層以下主(zhu)體結(jie)構施(shi)工(gong)(gong)、二(er)次結(jie)構砌筑(zhu)、抹(mo)灰以及地下人防(fang)工(gong)(gong)程外墻防(fang)水(shui)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo);20xx年(nian)6月(yue)(yue)份服從公司安排到達xxx項目監(jian)(jian)理(li)(li)部,至(zhi)今已完成(cheng)4棟多層主(zhu)體結(jie)構施(shi)工(gong)(gong),基礎(chu)分(fen)部20xx年(nian)12月(yue)(yue)份已經順利(li)通過相(xiang)關部門檢查驗收,目前現場正在進行基礎(chu)土方(fang)回填(tian)。

1、對(dui)施工質(zhi)量的過(guo)程控制是:督(du)促承包單(dan)位的質(zhi)量管理和質(zhi)量保證體(ti)系的落(luo)實;
2、根據工程的(de)規模、特點及時編(bian)制監理(li)規劃和監理(li)細則(ze),抓住對安全及使用功能的(de)實施;
3、檢查督促(cu)承包(bao)單位完善(shan)管理,保(bao)證(zheng)質量保(bao)體(ti)系的正常(chang)運行,扭轉監理人(ren)員較少而不能對整個工程(cheng)全過程(cheng)進(jin)行監督的被動局面。
4、工程中(zhong)使用的原材料要求承包單位按(an)見證取樣,要求加強材料的進廠驗(yan)收;
5、按照新版(ban)施工質量驗(yan)收規范,加強對結構安全和使用功能的檢(jian)測控制(zhi)。
二、在進度控制方面
西安(an)市(shi)行政中心各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)市(shi)政工(gong)程(cheng)是(shi)一項(xiang)(xiang)形象工(gong)程(cheng),工(gong)期要求(qiu)非常(chang)緊。自己嚴格按照施(shi)工(gong)合同工(gong)期催(cui)促施(shi)工(gong)單位進行施(shi)工(gong),基本保(bao)證(zheng)了(le)各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)程(cheng)的按期完成。
三、投資控制方面
一(yi)年中,自(zi)己深入工地(di),對(dui)(dui)土(tu)方量(liang)、垃(la)圾量(liang)和各(ge)項施工工作量(liang)進(jin)行丈量(liang)核對(dui)(dui),對(dui)(dui)入場的(de)各(ge)種材料進(jin)行鑒別驗收,保證了資金的(de)合理(li)使用。
四、協調管理方面
由于(yu)前期工作(zuo)中,承包單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)項目(mu)部(bu)管(guan)理(li)體系(xi)不健全,項目(mu)管(guan)理(li)班子(zi)不能(neng)到(dao)位(wei)(wei),給監理(li)工作(zuo)帶來(lai)了較(jiao)大的難(nan)度,監理(li)部(bu)除經常向建設單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)通報情況爭(zheng)取支持幫助外,盡可能(neng)處理(li)好(hao)各施(shi)(shi)工隊之間和外部(bu)環境的關系(xi),協助承包單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)抓(zhua)好(hao)安全生產和文明施(shi)(shi)工工作(zuo)。

監理工程師個人年度總結5
轉眼(yan)間,20xx年已(yi)經(jing)過(guo)去,現從(cong)以(yi)下(xia)幾個方面將一年來工程部(bu)的工作狀況做一總結匯報。
一、進度控制
按照(zhao)年初公(gong)司制定(ding)的工程(cheng)(cheng)進度要(yao)求(qiu),主體工程(cheng)(cheng)應在(zai)10月底完(wan)成(cheng),實際(ji)截止到(dao)年底,主體工程(cheng)(cheng)全部(bu)完(wan)成(cheng),砌體工程(cheng)(cheng)完(wan)成(cheng)80%,比(bi)原(yuan)預定(ding)工期平均延(yan)誤(wu)1、5個(ge)月,工期延(yan)誤(wu)的主要(yao)原(yuan)因在(zai)以下三個(ge)方(fang)面:
1、我們(men)事先對該工(gong)程的(de)難(nan)(nan)度估計(ji)不(bu)足,合同工(gong)期(qi)過于(yu)緊張。本工(gong)程定額工(gong)期(qi)就應(ying)在(zai)720天,但我們(men)把工(gong)期(qi)壓(ya)縮到了350天,這個工(gong)期(qi)只有(you)在(zai)理想化的(de)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)(kuang)下才有(you)可(ke)能(neng)按計(ji)劃完(wan)成,但該工(gong)程由(you)于(yu)難(nan)(nan)度較大,任何(he)一個事先未預料到的(de)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)(kuang)出現都有(you)可(ke)能(neng)造(zao)成工(gong)期(qi)的(de)延誤并有(you)可(ke)能(neng)產生(sheng)連鎖反(fan)應(ying)。
2、我(wo)們事先(xian)對施工(gong)(gong)單位的(de)實(shi)際實(shi)力(li)(包括資金(jin)實(shi)力(li)和管理實(shi)力(li))估計(ji)不足。兩家施工(gong)(gong)單位都屬(shu)于承包職責(ze)制(zhi),施工(gong)(gong)單位收取承包人(ren)的(de)管理費(fei)用,工(gong)(gong)程的(de)資金(jin)投入和管理人(ren)員(yuan)的(de)配置由承包人(ren)負責(ze),施工(gong)(gong)單位不給承包人(ren)任何資金(jin)支(zhi)持和人(ren)員(yuan)支(zhi)持,同時(shi)也缺(que)乏必要的(de)管理方面的(de)支(zhi)持,存(cun)在(zai)以包代管現(xian)象。
制約工(gong)期(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)原因(yin)在(zai)(zai)于施(shi)工(gong)單位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)資金(jin)和(he)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)方面。資金(jin)實力(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)足(zu)導致材(cai)料(liao)、設(she)備經(jing)(jing)(jing)常(chang)供應不(bu)(bu)上,工(gong)地經(jing)(jing)(jing)常(chang)出現停工(gong)待料(liao)現象(xiang),停工(gong)待料(liao)又經(jing)(jing)(jing)常(chang)造(zao)成施(shi)工(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)流失,勞動力(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)嚴(yan)(yan)重(zhong)(zhong)缺(que)乏(fa)造(zao)成了(le)(le)工(gong)程(cheng)進度嚴(yan)(yan)重(zhong)(zhong)拖(tuo)延(yan)(yan)。在(zai)(zai)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)方面,一(yi)(yi)方面管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)職責心和(he)素質達(da)不(bu)(bu)到(dao)應有要(yao)求,另(ling)一(yi)(yi)方面由于勞務層(ceng)分包(bao)層(ceng)次(ci)過多,工(gong)班分組過細,無法構成流水作業,導致項目(mu)經(jing)(jing)(jing)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)在(zai)(zai)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)調配上存在(zai)(zai)困難,同時(shi)(shi)由于勞務層(ceng)層(ceng)分包(bao),管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)層(ceng)次(ci)過多,上層(ceng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)尤其(qi)是項目(mu)經(jing)(jing)(jing)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)意(yi)圖無法在(zai)(zai)班組得到(dao)及(ji)時(shi)(shi)有效的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)貫徹執行。另(ling)一(yi)(yi)方面此刻的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)民工(gong)也是十分地不(bu)(bu)好(hao)(hao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),經(jing)(jing)(jing)常(chang)因(yin)為(wei)一(yi)(yi)些小(xiao)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)和(he)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)對著干。這是導致工(gong)期(qi)(qi)拖(tuo)延(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)最主要(yao)原因(yin)。3、我們自身管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問(wen)(wen)題(ti):工(gong)程(cheng)部(bu)尤其(qi)是部(bu)門經(jing)(jing)(jing)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)對于施(shi)工(gong)單位(wei)工(gong)期(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)延(yan)(yan)誤(wu),雖(sui)然采取了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)用心措(cuo)(cuo)施(shi),但(dan)是力(li)(li)度不(bu)(bu)夠,對于一(yi)(yi)些問(wen)(wen)題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)尤其(qi)是施(shi)工(gong)單位(wei)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)嚴(yan)(yan)重(zhong)(zhong)缺(que)乏(fa)和(he)材(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)及(ji)時(shi)(shi)供應缺(que)乏(fa)足(zu)夠有效的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)措(cuo)(cuo)施(shi)和(he)應變措(cuo)(cuo)施(shi),這也是導致工(gong)期(qi)(qi)拖(tuo)延(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)方面因(yin)素。這些需(xu)要(yao)我們大(da)家尤其(qi)是部(bu)門經(jing)(jing)(jing)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)在(zai)(zai)今后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作中努力(li)(li)學習工(gong)程(cheng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)知(zhi)識,掌握更多好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)經(jing)(jing)(jing)驗和(he)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)辦法,進一(yi)(yi)步提高自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)水平,方能不(bu)(bu)辜負領導的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)托,為(wei)xx房產的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發展作出更大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)貢(gong)獻。
針對以上(shang)問(wen)題的(de)出現,我們工(gong)程部全體人員在(zai)總經(jing)辦的(de)大力支持和幫忙下,在(zai)資金(jin)上(shang)和其他各方面(mian)采取了一系(xi)列(lie)措施(shi),也取得了很好的(de)效(xiao)果,在(zai)后半(ban)年的(de)施(shi)工(gong)過程中(zhong),不僅僅遏制(zhi)住(zhu)了工(gong)期進一步拖延(yan)的(de)勢頭,而且延(yan)誤的(de)工(gong)期也在(zai)一步步減(jian)少。
二、質量控制
從開工(gong)(gong)(gong)以來,工(gong)(gong)(gong)程部(bu)始終堅持質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量第一的(de)(de)原(yuan)則,嚴把質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量關,到目前(qian)為止,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量還(huan)是(shi)(shi)比較令人滿意的(de)(de),雖然(ran)(ran)以前(qian)出現過一些(xie)(xie)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量滑坡(po)現象(xiang)也都及(ji)時得到了(le)解(jie)決(jue),持續(xu)了(le)高質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量工(gong)(gong)(gong)程的(de)(de)總體勢頭(tou),為創xx杯(bei)打下了(le)堅實的(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu)。目前(qian)經(jing)過市質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)檢站(zhan)(zhan)和省(sheng)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)多次檢查(cha),雖然(ran)(ran)提出了(le)一些(xie)(xie)問題,但對(dui)我(wo)們的(de)(de)總體工(gong)(gong)(gong)程質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量還(huan)是(shi)(shi)給予了(le)肯定的(de)(de)。按目前(qian)狀況來看,我(wo)們的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程透過省(sheng)優質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)主體結構(gou)驗(yan)收(shou)問題不是(shi)(shi)很大。
三、造價控制
在造價控制方面(mian),我們主要從以下幾(ji)個(ge)方面(mian)入手。
1、盡可(ke)能減少圖紙中不(bu)必要的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)本投入,比如(ru)說對于人(ren)防(fang)地下室的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工,為(wei)了(le)節約成(cheng)本,我(wo)(wo)們(men)與公司領導(dao)共(gong)同研究決定在建筑平面上(shang)按照xx設計院的(de)(de)(de)圖紙施(shi)工,但結構上(shang)按照xx設計院的(de)(de)(de)圖紙施(shi)工,這一項估計為(wei)公司節約成(cheng)本近(jin)百(bai)(bai)萬元;我(wo)(wo)們(men)還(huan)透過技術上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)改(gai)造(zao)在不(bu)增(zeng)(zeng)加成(cheng)本的(de)(de)(de)前提下增(zeng)(zeng)加了(le)一些(xie)可(ke)供銷(xiao)售的(de)(de)(de)車位,增(zeng)(zeng)加了(le)銷(xiao)售收入。同時安裝專業也透過提出一些(xie)合理化的(de)(de)(de)方案(an)為(wei)公司節約資金近(jin)百(bai)(bai)萬元,并因(yin)此受到了(le)公司的(de)(de)(de)通報表揚和物質獎(jiang)勵。
2、對(dui)(dui)于(yu)施(shi)工(gong)過程中出現的一些(xie)技術(shu)變(bian)更(geng)(geng)(geng),我們對(dui)(dui)投資造價影響不(bu)(bu)大(da)或者降低造價的及時(shi)進行變(bian)更(geng)(geng)(geng),對(dui)(dui)于(yu)增加成本但又不(bu)(bu)變(bian)不(bu)(bu)行的變(bian)更(geng)(geng)(geng)組織(zhi)大(da)家進行技術(shu)分(fen)析,選取最(zui)經(jing)濟的可(ke)行性變(bian)更(geng)(geng)(geng)方案。同(tong)時(shi)嚴(yan)格(ge)執行圖紙變(bian)更(geng)(geng)(geng)審(shen)批(pi)制度,所有變(bian)更(geng)(geng)(geng)務(wu)必經(jing)過總經(jing)辦審(shen)批(pi)方可(ke)執行。
3、工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)證(zheng)方面,我們重新制定了工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)證(zheng)流程(cheng)(cheng)審批(pi)制度,實(shi)行(xing)監(jian)理(li)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)、總監(jian)、主管工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)、工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)部經理(li)、預算工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)、財務(wu)部經理(li)、總經辦七(qi)級審批(pi),層層把關,對于(yu)不就應(ying)支付的簽(qian)(qian)(qian)證(zheng)堅決退回,對于(yu)確實(shi)發生并(bing)就應(ying)支付的簽(qian)(qian)(qian)證(zheng)進行(xing)嚴格的費(fei)用(yong)審核(he),杜(du)絕此(ci)項費(fei)用(yong)的不合理(li)支出。
四、現場安全禮貌施工
由于本(ben)項目(mu)的目(mu)標是省(sheng)級(ji)(ji)禮(li)貌(mao)工(gong)地,所以我們(men)對于現場的安全禮(li)貌(mao)施(shi)工(gong)也給予了(le)足夠的重視,前(qian)期(qi)由于條件所限,現場的禮(li)貌(mao)施(shi)工(gong)無(wu)法做得(de)很好,后期(qi)我們(men)針對現場禮(li)貌(mao)施(shi)工(gong)下大(da)力氣抓,并(bing)取得(de)了(le)良好效果(guo)。目(mu)前(qian)經過(guo)省(sheng)、市安檢站的多(duo)次(ci)檢查,近期(qi)有望透過(guo)省(sheng)級(ji)(ji)禮(li)貌(mao)工(gong)地的驗(yan)收(shou)。
五、對監理公司的管理
總的(de)(de)來(lai)說,我(wo)們(men)(men)對監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)公司(si)的(de)(de)管理(li)是存(cun)在必須問題(ti)的(de)(de),主要是缺乏強(qiang)硬的(de)(de)手腕,沒有嚴格按照合同(tong)要求監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)公司(si)相關人(ren)(ren)員到崗,導致(zhi)監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)人(ren)(ren)員總體素(su)質(zhi)偏(pian)低(di),最后(hou)我(wo)們(men)(men)工(gong)程部不得不花很(hen)多(duo)精力去幫忙監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)公司(si)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)本應(ying)由監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)的(de)(de)工(gong)作,雖然在我(wo)們(men)(men)的(de)(de)共同(tong)努力下基本圓滿地(di)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)了(le)工(gong)作,但相應(ying)的(de)(de)加大了(le)工(gong)程部同(tong)志們(men)(men)的(de)(de)勞動強(qiang)度。但從另(ling)一方面來(lai)講,我(wo)們(men)(men)就應(ying)意識到,為什么監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)單(dan)位派駐(zhu)工(gong)地(di)的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)員整體素(su)質(zhi)偏(pian)低(di)呢(ni)究其原因我(wo)們(men)(men)認為還是監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)費(fei)用(yong)過低(di),監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)費(fei)用(yong)低(di)了(le)派過來(lai)的(de)(de)監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)人(ren)(ren)員的(de)(de)工(gong)資就會很(hen)低(di)(800~1200元(yuan)/月),工(gong)資低(di)的(de)(de)監(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)人(ren)(ren)員素(su)質(zhi)必須是偏(pian)低(di)的(de)(de)。
六、外部協調
對于一個工程(cheng)項目來說(shuo),外(wai)部協調對于工程(cheng)的(de)(de)順(shun)利開(kai)展有很大關系(xi)(xi),對此,在領導的(de)(de)幫忙下我(wo)們采取了一系(xi)(xi)列措施持(chi)續了與兩(liang)家質檢站、執法(fa)局等單(dan)位的(de)(de)良好關系(xi)(xi),保(bao)證了工程(cheng)盡可能少(shao)的(de)(de)受到外(wai)界干擾。
七、內部管理
首先我(wo)們(men)根據工(gong)(gong)作需要,對(dui)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)部(bu)的(de)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)配置(zhi)進行了(le)(le)(le)及時(shi)地調(diao)整,補充了(le)(le)(le)新鮮血液,提(ti)高了(le)(le)(le)整體(ti)力(li)量。為了(le)(le)(le)提(ti)高工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)部(bu)全體(ti)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)的(de)管理(li)水(shui)平(ping)和(he)技術潛力(li),今年工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)部(bu)一(yi)方(fang)(fang)面組(zu)(zu)織相關(guan)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)參加注冊監理(li)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)的(de)學習(xi)(xi)和(he)考試,同時(shi)還(huan)參加了(le)(le)(le)公司行政人(ren)(ren)事部(bu)組(zu)(zu)織的(de)管理(li)方(fang)(fang)面的(de)學習(xi)(xi);另一(yi)方(fang)(fang)面還(huan)組(zu)(zu)織了(le)(le)(le)兩次到(dao)兄弟單位工(gong)(gong)地現場的(de)參觀學習(xi)(xi),并組(zu)(zu)織土建工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)參加了(le)(le)(le)網上關(guan)于“混(hun)凝土地下室墻體(ti)裂縫(feng)分析及防治措施”的(de)講座;思想匯報(bao)范(fan)文另外(wai)還(huan)要求(qiu)加強大家對(dui)于規范(fan)的(de)學習(xi)(xi),使(shi)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)部(bu)的(de)總(zong)體(ti)管理(li)水(shui)平(ping)和(he)業務潛力(li)得到(dao)了(le)(le)(le)必須提(ti)高。
八、反思與推薦
透過對一(yi)年工作(zuo)的總結(jie),我們認(ren)為(wei)在今后的工作(zuo)中(zhong)有以下(xia)幾方(fang)面的問(wen)題需要引起(qi)我們的重視:
