  與(yu)領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)相處,一(yi)(yi)定要(yao)把握分寸,分清場合(he)。即(ji)便你(ni)(ni)跟(gen)(gen)你(ni)(ni)的領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)私下里關系(xi)(xi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)錯,在(zai)工(gong)作中(zhong)仍然(ran)要(yao)保持(chi)嚴肅的上(shang)下級(ji)關系(xi)(xi),不(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)和(he)(he)其過于隨(sui)便、親近。例如(ru)(ru)(ru)稱呼上(shang),要(yao)稱呼姓氏加職務;舉止上(shang)要(yao)對領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)表示出敬(jing)意(yi),不(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)上(shang)下不(bu)(bu)(bu)分,比(bi)如(ru)(ru)(ru)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)在(zai)工(gong)作場合(he)和(he)(he)領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)勾肩搭背等;不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)因為你(ni)(ni)與(yu)領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)關系(xi)(xi)甚好(hao)(hao),就可(ke)以有事沒(mei)(mei)事地(di)隨(sui)意(yi)進(jin)入(ru)領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)辦(ban)公(gong)(gong)室閑聊。不(bu)(bu)(bu)維護(hu)領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的威信,在(zai)企業內部看來(lai),是沒(mei)(mei)有團隊意(yi)識和(he)(he)合(he)作精神的表現,在(zai)商(shang)(shang)務伙伴(ban)看來(lai),不(bu)(bu)(bu)會(hui)維護(hu)自己企業利益、連領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)都(dou)不(bu)(bu)(bu)懂得(de)(de)尊(zun)(zun)重(zhong)(zhong)的人,肯定不(bu)(bu)(bu)會(hui)懂得(de)(de)尊(zun)(zun)重(zhong)(zhong)商(shang)(shang)務伙伴(ban)。另外,上(shang)下級(ji)的關系(xi)(xi)首(shou)先(xian)是工(gong)作關系(xi)(xi),對領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的私人要(yao)求則(ze)可(ke)酌情拒絕(jue),不(bu)(bu)(bu)必擔心拒絕(jue)領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)會(hui)帶來(lai)麻煩。在(zai)向(xiang)領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)提出不(bu)(bu)(bu)同意(yi)見之前,應先(xian)向(xiang)領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的秘書或其他(ta)(ta)知情人了解領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的情緒(xu)如(ru)(ru)(ru)何。如(ru)(ru)(ru)果他(ta)(ta)情緒(xu)欠佳,你(ni)(ni)最好(hao)(hao)免開尊(zun)(zun)口。領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)忙得(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)(bu)可(ke)開交時(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)去(qu)找他(ta)(ta);快吃(chi)午飯(fan)時(shi)也不(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)進(jin)領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的辦(ban)公(gong)(gong)室,因為他(ta)(ta)在(zai)這時(shi)事務尤其繁(fan)雜,情緒(xu)也容易煩躁(zao)。自己心情不(bu)(bu)(bu)好(hao)(hao)時(shi),別去(qu)找領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),此時(shi)只會(hui)讓領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)也跟(gen)(gen)著你(ni)(ni)一(yi)(yi)起憤(fen)怒(nu),因此自己首(shou)先(xian)要(yao)心平氣(qi)和(he)(he)。跟(gen)(gen)領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)說(shuo)話(hua),要(yao)避免采用過分膽(dan)小(xiao)、拘謹、謙恭(gong)、服從,甚至唯唯諾(nuo)諾(nuo)的態(tai)度講(jiang)話(hua),改(gai)變誠惶(huang)誠恐的心理狀(zhuang)態(tai),而要(yao)活潑、大膽(dan)和(he)(he)自信。要(yao)尊(zun)(zun)重(zhong)(zhong),要(yao)慎重(zhong)(zhong),但不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)一(yi)(yi)味附和(he)(he)。 抬轎(jiao)子吹喇叭(ba)等等,只能(neng)有損自己的人格(ge),卻得(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)(bu)到(dao)重(zhong)(zhong)視與(yu)尊(zun)(zun)敬(jing),倒很可(ke)能(neng)引起領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的反感和(he)(he)輕視。

  四、善于匯報。

  關鍵處多向(xiang)領(ling)(ling)導請示,征求他的(de)(de)意(yi)見和看(kan)法,是(shi)下(xia)級主動爭取領(ling)(ling)導的(de)(de)好(hao)(hao)辦法,也(ye)(ye)是(shi)下(xia)級做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)保證。進(jin)(jin)領(ling)(ling)導辦公(gong)室,一(yi)(yi)(yi)定要(yao)(yao)(yao)輕(qing)輕(qing)敲門(men)(men),經允許后才能(neng)進(jin)(jin)門(men)(men)。即使門(men)(men)開著,走到(dao)(dao)(dao)門(men)(men)口的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)候,也(ye)(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)適當的(de)(de)方式(shi),比如(ru)(ru)敲敲開著的(de)(de)門(men)(men),或(huo)向(xiang)領(ling)(ling)導打個(ge)(ge)招(zhao)呼,提示一(yi)(yi)(yi)下(xia)有人(ren)進(jin)(jin)來了(le),這也(ye)(ye)給領(ling)(ling)導一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)及(ji)時(shi)(shi)調整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)態、心理的(de)(de)準(zhun)備。在(zai)(zai)遞送資料、文(wen)件時(shi)(shi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)正面朝向(xiang)領(ling)(ling)導,雙(shuang)手(shou)恭敬地遞送,以便(bian)對(dui)(dui)方觀看(kan)。匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)(bao)時(shi)(shi),站在(zai)(zai)領(ling)(ling)導辦公(gong)桌前方1~1.5米處,不(bu)遠不(bu)近。身體(ti)(ti)姿(zi)態要(yao)(yao)(yao)莊重、優(you)雅(ya)。站著匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)(bao)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)該身體(ti)(ti)直立,不(bu)可(ke)(ke)手(shou)舞足蹈或(huo)在(zai)(zai)領(ling)(ling)導面前走來走去說話(hua);如(ru)(ru)果領(ling)(ling)導請你入座(zuo)匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)(bao),才可(ke)(ke)以坐著匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)(bao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),還(huan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)表示感(gan)謝。匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)(bao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi),說話(hua)吐字要(yao)(yao)(yao)清晰,條理要(yao)(yao)(yao)清楚(chu)。不(bu)可(ke)(ke)東(dong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)句西(xi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)句,想到(dao)(dao)(dao)哪就說到(dao)(dao)(dao)哪,沒(mei)有系統性。在(zai)(zai)多數情況下(xia),領(ling)(ling)導有很多事(shi)(shi)情需要(yao)(yao)(yao)處理,所以,匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)(bao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)間控制在(zai)(zai)半個(ge)(ge)小時(shi)(shi)到(dao)(dao)(dao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)小時(shi)(shi)最合適。匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)(bao)結(jie)束(shu)(shu)時(shi)(shi)最好(hao)(hao)做(zuo)個(ge)(ge)小結(jie),重復一(yi)(yi)(yi)下(xia)要(yao)(yao)(yao)點。匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)(bao)的(de)(de)事(shi)(shi)情不(bu)可(ke)(ke)投其(qi)所好(hao)(hao),報(bao)(bao)(bao)喜(xi)不(bu)報(bao)(bao)(bao)憂,更(geng)不(bu)能(neng)歪曲或(huo)隱(yin)瞞事(shi)(shi)實真相。提供的(de)(de)情況一(yi)(yi)(yi)定要(yao)(yao)(yao)有理有據,準(zhun)確、屬實。在(zai)(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中,也(ye)(ye)許有投其(qi)所好(hao)(hao)、報(bao)(bao)(bao)喜(xi)不(bu)報(bao)(bao)(bao)憂的(de)(de)現象存在(zai)(zai),但(dan)請記(ji)住:現在(zai)(zai)這個(ge)(ge)競爭激(ji)烈、快速發展的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)代,并(bing)不(bu)是(shi)所有的(de)(de)領(ling)(ling)導都(dou)喜(xi)歡這種方式(shi)。對(dui)(dui)于領(ling)(ling)導提出的(de)(de)問題,如(ru)(ru)果一(yi)(yi)(yi)時(shi)(shi)回答不(bu)上(shang)來,不(bu)可(ke)(ke)胡編亂造,應(ying)該用(yong)(yong)(yong)筆(bi)馬上(shang)記(ji)下(xia)來,待事(shi)(shi)后再(zai)作(zuo)(zuo)補充(chong)匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)(bao)。匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)(bao)結(jie)束(shu)(shu),離(li)開領(ling)(ling)導辦公(gong)室時(shi)(shi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)整(zheng)理好(hao)(hao)自己匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)(bao)時(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)材料,或(huo)在(zai)(zai)交流時(shi)(shi)喝茶水的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)具,調整(zheng)好(hao)(hao)座(zuo)椅,說一(yi)(yi)(yi)聲謝謝再(zai)離(li)開。

  五、學會爭利。

  在利(li)(li)益(yi)面前,沒有必要(yao)逆來順受,更不(bu)(bu)要(yao)過分謙(qian)讓,應(ying)大膽地向領(ling)導要(yao)求自己(ji)應(ying)該得到的。丑話說在前頭,在接受任務(wu)時談好(hao)報酬,更容易讓領(ling)導接受。當然,爭利(li)(li)要(yao)把握好(hao)度,既(ji)不(bu)(bu)爭小利(li)(li),不(bu)(bu)計(ji)較小得失,又不(bu)(bu)過分爭利(li)(li)。

  六、獨擋一面。

  下級(ji)工(gong)作有(you)(you)獨(du)立(li)(li)性,才能讓領(ling)(ling)導省心,領(ling)(ling)導才敢委以重(zhong)(zhong)任。合適地(di)提出(chu)獨(du)立(li)(li)的(de)見(jian)解(jie)、做事(shi)(shi)能獨(du)擋一(yi)面、善于(yu)把同事(shi)(shi)和(he)領(ling)(ling)導忽(hu)略(lve)的(de)事(shi)(shi)情承擔(dan)下來(lai)是一(yi)個好下級(ji)必備的(de)素質。鍛煉工(gong)作獨(du)立(li)(li)性應(ying)從以下幾方面著手:第一(yi),要(yao)有(you)(you)獨(du)立(li)(li)見(jian)解(jie)。第二,能夠獨(du)立(li)(li)地(di)承擔(dan)一(yi)些重(zhong)(zhong)量級(ji)任務。第三,把被同事(shi)(shi)忽(hu)略(lve)的(de)事(shi)(shi)情承擔(dan)下來(lai)。當領(ling)(ling)導交代的(de)任務確實有(you)(you)難(nan)度(du),其他同事(shi)(shi)畏手畏腳時,要(yao)有(you)(you)勇(yong)氣出(chu)來(lai)承擔(dan),顯示(shi)你的(de)膽略(lve)、勇(yong)氣及(ji)能力。
