在分(fen)公司領導的信任(ren)和(he)培養下,我于年初(chu)被任(ren)命為xx項目(mu)經理,至今已有一年的時間,在分(fen)公司的大(da)力支持和(he)關心(xin)下,項目(mu)部各項工(gong)作進展順(shun)利,現就近(jin)一年來的工(gong)作述職如下:
一、工作方面
工(gong)作(zuo)上,我(wo)處處以身做責,處處嚴格(ge)要(yao)求自己,做到(dao)示范作(zuo)用。由(you)于業(ye)主(zhu)要(yao)求節后盡快(kuai)進場,我(wo)組織設(she)備(bei)(bei)及人員(yuan)趕往電站展開工(gong)作(zuo)。在(zai)預埋(mai)階段,電站地理位置偏僻,交通和通訊(xun)極為不(bu)便(bian),這給電站物資采購和電站安裝工(gong)作(zuo)帶來諸(zhu)多不(bu)便(bian)。在(zai)克服廠內設(she)備(bei)(bei)缺(que)陷(xian)和設(she)計(ji)施工(gong)圖(tu)紙不(bu)全(quan)的狀況下,我(wo)帶領項目部成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)順利完成(cheng)(cheng)了前期預埋(mai)工(gong)作(zuo),得到(dao)了業(ye)主(zhu)的肯定。
進入直(zhi)線期以(yi)來,由于廠內(nei)設(she)備(bei)延期交貨以(yi)及設(she)備(bei)的設(she)計、制造都存在較多缺陷(xian)(xian),這給安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)工(gong)作帶來較大(da)難(nan)度,并(bing)造成安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)工(gong)期延誤。為(wei)了不影響(xiang)業主的發電(dian)計劃(hua),讓廠內(nei)設(she)備(bei)缺陷(xian)(xian)在短時間(jian)內(nei)得以(yi)解決(jue),我組織(zhi)(zhi)項目部(bu)現有(you)的人(ren)(ren)力資源,有(you)序的展開工(gong)作:咨詢廠內(nei)技(ji)術專家(jia)、組織(zhi)(zhi)骨干(gan)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)研究處理問題的方案,并(bing)充分的利(li)用有(you)效的時間(jian)組織(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)加班加點。
二、項目管理方面
在(zai)人(ren)事管理(li)(li)方面(mian),我始(shi)終堅持(chi)以人(ren)為(wei)本的(de)(de)管理(li)(li)理(li)(li)念,根(gen)據工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)需要和氣候特點,在(zai)征求(qiu)廣泛意見后,制定作(zuo)息時間:限(xian)度(du)的(de)(de)解(jie)決(jue)和改善生活、住(zhu)宿、醫(yi)療及(ji)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)條件(jian),為(wei)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)解(jie)決(jue)后顧之憂,讓大家(jia)全身(shen)心投入到(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中:根(gen)據每個人(ren)的(de)(de)技術水平和工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)特點合(he)理(li)(li)搭配施工(gong)(gong)(gong)班組,充分(fen)發揮每個人(ren)的(de)(de)特長,從(cong)而到(dao)達提高工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)效率(lv)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
在質量(liang)和(he)(he)安(an)(an)(an)全管理(li)方(fang)面,設(she)置專職安(an)(an)(an)全員和(he)(he)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)班組(zu)三(san)檢制(zhi),堅持(chi)安(an)(an)(an)全第一(yi),質量(liang)為(wei)本的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管理(li)理(li)念。對大件(jian)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)吊裝(zhuang),都進行安(an)(an)(an)全技術交底(di),制(zhi)定可靠的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案:對所有施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員進入施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)場地務必(bi)(bi)正確佩(pei)戴勞動(dong)保(bao)護用品,高空(kong)作(zuo)業(ye)要(yao)求務必(bi)(bi)系安(an)(an)(an)全帶:施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電源等危險源都設(she)置醒目(mu)標志(zhi)。安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)作(zuo)業(ye)嚴格按(an)照圖紙、設(she)計文件(jian)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),作(zuo)業(ye)前先進行技術交底(di),確保(bao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang)。 在施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)協調方(fang)面,與各(ge)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位和(he)(he)睦(mu)相(xiang)處,搞好與業(ye)主及(ji)(ji)(ji)監(jian)理(li)單位的(de)(de)關(guan)系,解決(jue)項(xiang)目(mu)部內存在的(de)(de)問題,建(jian)立一(yi)個團結、和(he)(he)諧、互助(zhu)的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)團隊。并協調業(ye)主方(fang)按(an)照施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du),及(ji)(ji)(ji)時組(zu)織設(she)備(bei)及(ji)(ji)(ji)材(cai)料進場,做好各(ge)種工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期延誤資(zi)料的(de)(de)相(xiang)關(guan)手續。
財務管(guan)理方(fang)面,嚴格控制各階段的施工(gong)成(cheng)本,按照公(gong)司規(gui)定(ding)認真做好現(xian)金流水賬和總分類賬,并按期進行財務報銷。鑒于(yu)克思口電站(zhan)交(jiao)通不便的狀況,盡(jin)量(liang)(liang)做到(dao)少次多(duo)量(liang)(liang),對于(yu)輔消材料和設備、工(gong)具(ju)均由專人管(guan)理,杜絕各種浪費現(xian)象(xiang)發生,從而到(dao)達降低(di)成(cheng)本的目的。
三、學習方面
