xx工(gong)程在國網分公司(si)武漢工(gong)程建設(she)部的(de)領導下(xia),在施工(gong)單位的(de)緊(jin)密配合(he)下(xia),自始至終都對安全(quan)工(gong)作(zuo)安照“嚴、細、實”的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)思路,進行(xing)嚴格監督、控(kong)制,確保了安全(quan)工(gong)作(zuo)始終處于受控(kong)狀態。
監理(li)部根據(ju)“杜絕人身死亡事(shi)故(gu)、重(zhong)大設(she)備安全事(shi)故(gu)和其它重(zhong)大事(shi)故(gu)”的安全工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)目(mu)標,按(an)照(zhao)武漢工(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設(she)部的要求組織成立(li)了“三廣線F監理(li)段現場安全和雙(shuang)文(wen)明領導(dao)小(xiao)組”,為確保(bao)工(gong)(gong)程安全目(mu)標的實現,監理(li)部在(zai)貫徹“安全第一,預防為主”方針的同時,強(qiang)化措施,狠(hen)抓落實。我們的作(zuo)法是:
一、監(jian)理(li)部通過認真審核各施工(gong)單位的(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管理(li)網絡以(yi)及(ji)所制(zhi)定的(de).各項(xiang)“安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管理(li)辦法”和“安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管理(li)制(zhi)度”,使每個施工(gong)作業環節都有具體的(de)包括安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)措施、操作規程和方法在內的(de)較(jiao)完善的(de)施工(gong)作業指導書。
二、提(ti)高參建職工(gong)特(te)別(bie)是民(min)工(gong)的安全(quan)(quan)防范意識,加大對(dui)“三(san)防”和“三(san)不傷害(hai)”安全(quan)(quan)教育的宣傳力度,同時要求針對(dui)工(gong)程(cheng)實際,各施工(gong)單位每月進行一次安全(quan)(quan)大檢查。
三、認真(zhen)組織技(ji)(ji)術(shu)交(jiao)底,交(jiao)底不(bu)僅交(jiao)技(ji)(ji)術(shu),還要交(jiao)安全,確保(bao)交(jiao)底的(de)內容切合(he)實(shi)際(ji)并(bing)具有針對性,將安全責任落實(shi)到(dao)每一位施(shi)工人(ren)員身(shen)上。
四、監(jian)督施工單位做好爆破物品的運輸、保管(guan)、領用(yong)等工作,采取領、用(yong)數量控制以(yi)及專庫、專人進行(xing)管(guan)理,防(fang)止爆破物品的流失。
五、針對今年天(tian)氣異常(chang)干旱且施工現場地處林區(qu),監理部(bu)發(fa)出緊急通知:嚴禁(jin)在施工現場點火做(zuo)飯和流(liu)動吸煙,并(bing)制(zhi)定(ding)專門的(de)林區(qu)防火措施以防止(zhi)火災事故(gu)的(de)發(fa)生。
六、加強對工程(cheng)車輛的(de)安全管理(li)工作,堅持對車輛的(de)定期檢(jian)查和“三檢(jian)”制度,嚴禁(jin)無證(zheng)駕駛以及客貨混裝事件的(de)發生(sheng)。

八、7月8日-21日對xxxxx進(jin)(jin)行了安(an)(an)全大檢查,檢查嚴格(ge)按照武漢工(gong)程建(jian)設(she)部制(zhi)定的(de)《安(an)(an)全檢查評分表》來進(jin)(jin)行。監理部對安(an)(an)全大檢查中出現的(de)問題及(ji)整改(gai)情況(kuang)進(jin)(jin)行了跟(gen)蹤檢查,確保安(an)(an)全工(gong)作(zuo)不留死角,不留隱患,不留遺憾。通過對施工(gong)單位(wei)整改(gai)情況(kuang)的(de)復查、驗收和簽認,使(shi)安(an)(an)全工(gong)作(zuo)形(xing)成閉環控制(zhi)。同(tong)時了解和掌握了施工(gong)人員的(de)思想狀況(kuang)和安(an)(an)全動態,及(ji)時制(zhi)定改(gai)進(jin)(jin)措施,防止各類(lei)事故發生,使(shi)安(an)(an)全管理工(gong)作(zuo)逐步提(ti)高。

2、解(jie)決問題計(ji)劃性、目的性增強;
努力提(ti)高(gao)技能(neng)素養和積(ji)累經(jing)驗,事先預判風險、發(fa)現問題。積(ji)極旁站(zhan)現場(chang)建(jian)設(she)工(gong)作,關鍵節(jie)點(dian)(dian)(dian)實(shi)時旁站(zhan),勤能(neng)補拙,及(ji)時發(fa)現問題。監理(li)工(gong)作驅動必須要有自己的(de)(de)一(yi)本經(jing),日志、周(zhou)(zhou)報、月報要及(ji)時編寫,既是對項目(mu)實(shi)施(shi)工(gong)作短期的(de)(de)全面(mian)梳理(li)也(ye)是自我(wo)總結提(ti)高(gao)的(de)(de)過(guo)程。每(mei)(mei)天(tian)(tian)的(de)(de)工(gong)作要有重點(dian)(dian)(dian),抓大放小(xiao)的(de)(de)推進項目(mu)實(shi)施(shi)。每(mei)(mei)天(tian)(tian)的(de)(de)工(gong)作重點(dian)(dian)(dian)、每(mei)(mei)周(zhou)(zhou)的(de)(de)工(gong)作重點(dian)(dian)(dian)、每(mei)(mei)月的(de)(de)工(gong)作重點(dian)(dian)(dian),都要一(yi)一(yi)跟蹤(zong)并督促承建(jian)方(fang)落(luo)實(shi)到位。
3、學習的廣度、挖掘深度,提高監(jian)理(li)質量;
監(jian)理(li)(li)項目需要(yao)個人有必(bi)要(yao)的(de)(de)技術底(di)蘊。作為我個人既要(yao)加(jia)強(qiang)學習的(de)(de)廣度,也有同時(shi)鉆研學習的(de)(de)深(shen)度。我進入監(jian)理(li)(li)行(xing)業(ye)已(yi)三(san)年有余,已(yi)深(shen)深(shen)感覺自己的(de)(de)不(bu)足。知(zhi)識(shi)廣度和深(shen)度是相輔相成且(qie)并不(bu)矛(mao)盾,學習要(yao)有所成必(bi)須具(ju)備兩點。這需要(yao)下(xia)功(gong)夫(fu)、沉住氣,毛躁(zao)、淺(qian)浮、驕傲(ao)是不(bu)行(xing)的(de)(de)。來年我首先將公司的(de)(de)監(jian)理(li)(li)規范、施(shi)工標準、承建單位的(de)(de)施(shi)工方案仔細研讀,通過書本積累(lei)、實踐推敲,不(bu)斷(duan)提高自己。

二、 監理工作范圍廣,控制重點是關鍵
在陽光城項目部,業主重點要求監理(li)人(ren)員對(dui)工(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)量、安(an)(an)全和進(jin)度實施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)監控(kong),a標段各單體樓(lou)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)為45°斜(xie)(xie)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)(mian),施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)存在較大安(an)(an)全隱患,同時(shi)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)混(hun)凝土(tu)板(ban)(ban)厚控(kong)制很難掌(zhang)握,在要求施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)方(fang)(fang)提(ti)前上報的斜(xie)(xie)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)專(zhuan)項施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)方(fang)(fang)案(an)中(zhong),經(jing)審閱,發現有些安(an)(an)全質(zhi)量技術措(cuo)(cuo)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不具(ju)備可操作行,建議(yi)(yi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)方(fang)(fang)另選其(qi)它方(fang)(fang)便可行方(fang)(fang)案(an),我及(ji)時(shi)將該問(wen)題反映給(gei)總監,總監提(ti)出了(le)(le)(le)較好的施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)建議(yi)(yi),施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)方(fang)(fang)采(cai)取了(le)(le)(le)該建議(yi)(yi),不僅縮短了(le)(le)(le)斜(xie)(xie)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)時(shi)間(jian),還(huan)保證了(le)(le)(le)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)板(ban)(ban)厚和混(hun)凝土(tu)澆筑質(zhi)量,施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)過程(cheng)中(zhong)未出現任何安(an)(an)全事故。在進(jin)度控(kong)制方(fang)(fang)面(mian)(mian)(mian),我認(ren)真學習了(le)(le)(le)公司編(bian)(bian)制的進(jin)度控(kong)制辦法(fa),并(bing)根據本工(gong)程(cheng)實際情(qing)況(kuang)制定了(le)(le)(le)具(ju)體進(jin)度控(kong)制實施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)辦法(fa),以建設單位要求的施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)進(jin)度節點為依據,,對(dui)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)方(fang)(fang)編(bian)(bian)制的總進(jin)度計劃(hua)經(jing)總監審核(he)通過后,我認(ren)真核(he)對(dui)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)方(fang)(fang)編(bian)(bian)制的月進(jin)度計劃(hua)及(ji)周進(jin)度計劃(hua),每周五(wu)中(zhong)午(wu)對(dui)現場實際完成(cheng)情(qing)況(kuang)與周進(jin)度計劃(hua)相比較,找出偏(pian)差原(yuan)因,并(bing)及(ji)時(shi)與施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)方(fang)(fang)生產(chan)經(jing)理(li)溝通,要求及(ji)時(shi)采(cai)取有效措(cuo)(cuo)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),把進(jin)度搶回來。

在(zai)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)過(guo)程中,我通(tong)過(guo)對監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理理論的(de)學習以(yi)及現階(jie)段監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理行業的(de)發展狀態(tai)的(de)認知(zhi),面對激烈競爭的(de)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理市場,作(zuo)(zuo)為監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理人員(yuan)(yuan),積極(ji)主(zhu)動為建設單位的(de)利益著想,為工(gong)(gong)程質量(liang)負(fu)責,為施(shi)工(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)安全負(fu)責,才是(shi)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)信念和無窮力量(liang)。只(zhi)有具備較(jiao)高專業技(ji)能和綜(zong)合素質及良好(hao)(hao)的(de)職業道德,才能真正(zheng)做好(hao)(hao)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理的(de)本(ben)職工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),才能夠體現守法(fa)、誠信、公正(zheng)、公平的(de)執業準(zhun)則。而在(zai)目前,有的(de)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理人員(yuan)(yuan)覺得當監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理對年(nian)青(qing)人來說(shuo)是(shi)在(zai)浪(lang)費時間,對年(nian)長的(de)是(shi)在(zai)混日(ri)子,這種不明白監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)重要性,沒(mei)有責任(ren)感和使命感,不尊重自(zi)己(ji)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理人員(yuan)(yuan)應該好(hao)(hao)好(hao)(hao)反省(sheng)自(zi)己(ji),樹立正(zheng)確的(de)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)態(tai)度,積極(ji)主(zhu)動的(de)運用(yong)自(zi)己(ji)專業技(ji)術及聰(cong)明才智,熱情(qing)服務業主(zhu),科學公正(zheng)的(de)行使監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理權利和義務,從自(zi)身做起,從每個項目監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理部(bu)做起,為公司發展壯(zhuang)大奠(dian)定(ding)堅實的(de)基礎。
四、 反省自身不足,加強監理業務學習,不斷提高自身素質,努力做好監理工作
在陽光城項(xiang)目監理部(bu)工(gong)作(zuo)期(qi)間,設(she)計圖(tu)(tu)紙(zhi)中出現很多(duo)錯漏(lou)碰缺的(de)地方(fang),再加之設(she)計變更頻繁出現,我(wo)深刻意識到對(dui)圖(tu)(tu)紙(zhi)的(de)掌(zhang)(zhang)握必須(xu)到位。另外,安裝(zhuang)圖(tu)(tu)紙(zhi)及安裝(zhuang)施工(gong)技術我(wo)還沒(mei)有(you)全面掌(zhang)(zhang)握,為(wei)(wei)更好的(de)以設(she)計圖(tu)(tu)紙(zhi)為(wei)(wei)依據實(shi)施監理,我(wo)必須(xu)在后期(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)當(dang)中,認真(zhen)對(dui)設(she)計圖(tu)(tu)紙(zhi)的(de)全面掌(zhang)(zhang)握再下真(zhen)功(gong)夫。
在(zai)實施(shi)(shi)現場監(jian)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)過程(cheng)中(zhong),我(wo)發現自己對管理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)論(lun)知識的(de)(de)(de)掌(zhang)握(wo)不夠,最(zui)有(you)效的(de)(de)(de)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)是對人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),如何讓(rang)工(gong)程(cheng)處于受控狀(zhuang)態,就是必(bi)須讓(rang)具(ju)體實施(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)業人(ren)員處于監(jian)管狀(zhuang)態。那種任由施(shi)(shi)工(gong)單位自由式發揮的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),監(jian)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)人(ren)員形(xing)同虛設(she)(she),到最(zui)后只能說明監(jian)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)人(ren)員無(wu)能,最(zui)終(zhong)造成(cheng)建設(she)(she)單位不必(bi)要的(de)(de)(de)損失(shi)。甚至出現難以(yi)(yi)預(yu)料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)質量安(an)全事(shi)故,所以(yi)(yi),在(zai)今后的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作中(zhong),我(wo)必(bi)須掌(zhang)握(wo)一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)論(lun)知識,靈活多變的(de)(de)(de)處理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)實際(ji)問題(ti),真正成(cheng)為一個合格的(de)(de)(de)監(jian)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)人(ren)員。

過去(qu)的(de)一(yi)年是公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)發展壯(zhuang)大的(de)一(yi)年,是改革的(de)一(yi)年,也是豐(feng)收的(de)一(yi)年,但是我(wo)們(men)也必須(xu)清醒地認(ren)識到我(wo)們(men)的(de)工作仍(reng)存在諸(zhu)多的(de)不足,如:網站更(geng)新不及時、項(xiang)目改革后仍(reng)存在一(yi)些突出問題、監(jian)理人員(yuan)整體素質仍(reng)需提(ti)升、專業監(jian)理人員(yuan)缺乏、項(xiang)目履約壓(ya)力大、監(jian)理服(fu)務費欠款多等等,只有(you)清醒地認(ren)識到自身的(de)不足,我(wo)們(men)的(de)工作才有(you)努力的(de)方向,公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)才能(neng)良性、持續發展。
推(tui)測20XX年(nian)的(de)監(jian)理工(gong)作(zuo)形勢(shi),針(zhen)對(dui)自身存在(zai)的(de)不足(zu),我們在(zai)新(xin)的(de)一年(nian)里(li)主要做(zuo)好以下(xia)工(gong)作(zuo):
(一)穩定經濟目標
根據(ju)20XX年公(gong)(gong)路建設市場的形勢,并(bing)結合公(gong)(gong)司的實際情況,20XX年的經(jing)濟(ji)計劃任務為XXXX萬元。
為了(le)實現這一目(mu)標(biao),需要(yao)公(gong)司(si)(si)各部(bu)門、各項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)通(tong)力配(pei)(pei)合(he),一是各項(xiang)目(mu)努(nu)力做好監(jian)理工作(zuo),贏得業主的(de)認可,樹(shu)立公(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)良好形(xing)象(xiang)(xiang),進一步鞏固和(he)開(kai)拓(tuo)監(jian)理市場;二是公(gong)司(si)(si)各部(bu)門加(jia)強與各項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)溝(gou)通(tong)配(pei)(pei)合(he),收(shou)集各類信息,及時反應(ying)、妥善(shan)處(chu)理,切實做到為項(xiang)目(mu)服務、為業主服務,樹(shu)立負責任的(de)大公(gong)司(si)(si)形(xing)象(xiang)(xiang);三是公(gong)司(si)(si)各部(bu)門之間加(jia)強協(xie)同合(he)作(zuo),進一步提高投標(biao)文件(jian)的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)。
(二)深化項目改革
雖然項(xiang)目管理改(gai)革已經穩(wen)步推行,但(dan)仍(reng)存(cun)在一些問(wen)(wen)題(ti),如:項(xiang)目費(fei)(fei)用(yong)(yong)先(xian)申請(qing)后(hou)實(shi)施不能及時解決問(wen)(wen)題(ti),延誤了(le)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo);個(ge)(ge)別(bie)項(xiang)目仍(reng)存(cun)在挪用(yong)(yong)、侵(qin)占(zhan)生活費(fei)(fei),生活質量差的問(wen)(wen)題(ti);個(ge)(ge)別(bie)項(xiang)目后(hou)勤(qin)管理人(ren)員有名無(wu)實(shi),對費(fei)(fei)用(yong)(yong)沒(mei)有控制權,造成費(fei)(fei)用(yong)(yong)被挪用(yong)(yong),甚至侵(qin)占(zhan);借用(yong)(yong)身份證辦理工(gong)資(zi)(zi)卡,冒(mao)領工(gong)資(zi)(zi)的現象(xiang)仍(reng)有發生;個(ge)(ge)別(bie)項(xiang)目負責(ze)人(ren)過(guo)多算計(ji)自身得失(shi),而對工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)不作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為,與業主溝通不暢,內部管理混亂,監理人(ren)員之間不團結,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)失(shi)誤多等,針對這(zhe)些問(wen)(wen)題(ti),公(gong)司將(jiang)深化(hua)項(xiang)目管理的改(gai)革,具體如下(xia):
1、購買日常辦公用品、車輛
公(gong)(gong)司(si)網站是(shi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)對外(wai)宣傳的(de)窗口,對內交(jiao)流(liu)的(de)平臺,辦公(gong)(gong)室(shi)必須切(qie)實(shi)建好(hao)公(gong)(gong)司(si)網站,發(fa)揮(hui)其應用(yong)的(de)作用(yong)。
①及時(shi)更新 對公司(si)重大(da)活動、相關重大(da)事件、重要節日,網站要及時(shi)做(zuo)時(shi)反映(ying),突出(chu)網站的時(shi)效性。
②加強審(shen)核(he) 對那(nei)些不健康、無聊的(de)帖子及時屏蔽或刪除;對個別(bie)屢禁(jin)不止、屢教不改的(de)追查人員(yuan),取(qu)消(xiao)其注(zhu)冊(ce)資(zi)格(ge)。
③活(huo)躍(yue)交(jiao)流(liu) 密切搜(sou)集監理(li)人(ren)員感興(xing)趣的話題,引導監理(li)人(ren)員開展討論;對(dui)好(hao)的帖子進行(xing)置頂推(tui)薦,以活(huo)躍(yue)交(jiao)流(liu),發揮網站(zhan)的作用和影響。
2、激勵提升監理素質
雖然公司監(jian)理(li)人員的整(zheng)體素(su)質有了極大的提高,但(dan)仍(reng)然難以滿足項目(mu)的需(xu)要和業主的要求(qiu),而且公司的發展壯(zhuang)大也需(xu)要更多、更好的人才,所(suo)以必須繼續采(cai)取優惠措施,激勵監(jian)理(li)人員努力取得更高的學(xue)歷和資質:
①對由(you)公(gong)司負(fu)責報(bao)考取得指定專業資格(ge)的,公(gong)司負(fu)責報(bao)銷其(qi)報(bao)名費(fei)(fei)、考試期間的差旅費(fei)(fei)。
②對自行取得公司(si)所需專業(ye)資格的,如注冊到公司(si),公司(si)根據行情按年度給予報酬,造價工程師(shi)XXXX元/年,建設(she)部監理工程師(shi)XXXX元/年。
③對(dui)自(zi)修(xiu)、自(zi)學(xue)更高學(xue)歷的(de),考試期間(jian)仍然享受工資待遇。
3、嚴格獎勵懲處措施
在項目(mu)(mu)監理(li)工作(zuo)中,我們涌現(xian)了一(yi)大批優秀(xiu)的(de)(de)監理(li)人(ren)員(yuan),他們獲得了業主獎(jiang)勵的(de)(de)各種證書,也為公司贏(ying)得了榮譽(yu),但也有少(shao)部分人(ren)工作(zuo)極(ji)不負責,出現(xian)重大失誤,影(ying)響(xiang)了項目(mu)(mu)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)正(zheng)常開展,也損害了公司的(de)(de)利益和形象(xiang)。對此,公司已(yi)有完善的(de)(de)'規(gui)章(zhang)制度(du),在新的(de)(de)一(yi)年里,將按(an)規(gui)章(zhang)制度(du)嚴格執(zhi)行獎(jiang)勵懲處,激勵監理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)積(ji)極(ji)性(xing)和責任心,促進項目(mu)(mu)監理(li)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)順利進行。
4、塑造公司良好形象

公(gong)(gong)(gong)司已(yi)經取得了交(jiao)通(tong)部公(gong)(gong)(gong)路工程(cheng)甲級監理(li)資(zi)質(zhi)、交(jiao)通(tong)部特殊獨(du)立隧道專(zhuan)項(xiang)監理(li)資(zi)質(zhi)、交(jiao)通(tong)部特殊獨(du)立大橋(qiao)專(zhuan)項(xiang)監理(li)資(zi)質(zhi)、交(jiao)通(tong)部公(gong)(gong)(gong)路工程(cheng)綜(zong)合乙級試驗室資(zi)質(zhi)、ISO9001:2000質(zhi)量管理(li)體系認證等資(zi)質(zhi)認證,這(zhe)(zhe)些是公(gong)(gong)(gong)司生存(cun)、發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)基礎和保障(zhang),但(dan)是,有(you)了這(zhe)(zhe)些并不代表我們就可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)高(gao)(gao)枕無憂,因為(wei),雖(sui)然目前(qian)(qian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路建(jian)設仍(reng)處(chu)于高(gao)(gao)速發(fa)展(zhan)時(shi)(shi)間,但(dan)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)預測:在(zai)不久的(de)(de)將(jiang)來,公(gong)(gong)(gong)路建(jian)設的(de)(de)規(gui)模將(jiang)呈下降趨(qu)勢,我們的(de)(de)員(yuan)工要生存(cun),公(gong)(gong)(gong)司要發(fa)展(zhan),屆時(shi)(shi)我們又何以(yi)(yi)為(wei)計(ji)?只有(you)早存(cun)憂患意(yi)識、超前(qian)(qian)規(gui)劃、提前(qian)(qian)安排,方可(ke)(ke)應對(dui)市(shi)(shi)場的(de)(de)變化。公(gong)(gong)(gong)司已(yi)有(you)向市(shi)(shi)政工程(cheng)和咨詢服(fu)務(wu)方面發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)計(ji)劃,但(dan)要實(shi)現計(ji)劃,我們還有(you)人才儲備、硬件(jian)建(jian)設、資(zi)質(zhi)申報等等很多(duo)艱巨的(de)(de)工作要做(zuo),所以(yi)(yi)20XX年我們就得著(zhu)手進行前(qian)(qian)期準備工作,爭(zheng)取盡早實(shi)現計(ji)劃目標。
