1、影響大學生心理健康的因素
大(da)學(xue)生(sheng)應(ying)該是(shi)最(zui)有朝氣、最(zui)有活力的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一個青(qing)年群體,他們(men)應(ying)該思想活躍、求知若渴、追(zhui)求理想,用自(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)知識和智慧實(shi)現自(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人生(sheng)價值(zhi)。但是(shi)他們(men)也(ye)承受著來(lai)自(zi)社會(hui)、家庭(ting)、學(xue)校各(ge)方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壓力。同時(shi)(shi)由于大(da)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)知識層面較高(gao),他們(men)對社會(hui)對自(zi)己(ji)抱有較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)期望,當這種期望與現實(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)差距過大(da)時(shi)(shi)壓力也(ye)就(jiu)隨之產生(sheng)。因此,大(da)學(xue)生(sheng)承受的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壓力一般比其他社會(hui)成員要大(da),而壓力來(lai)源也(ye)比較廣泛。

1.2家(jia)(jia)庭壓(ya)(ya)力。造(zao)(zao)成大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)心理(li)(li)(li)問的(de)(de)家(jia)(jia)庭的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力主要包(bao)括兩(liang)個方面:一(yi)是(shi)父母(mu)對(dui)大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)抱有過高的(de)(de)期(qi)望(wang)。通過自身的(de)(de)努力仍不能(neng)(neng)達(da)到父母(mu)的(de)(de)要求,這對(dui)于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)來(lai)說,是(shi)造(zao)(zao)成心理(li)(li)(li)壓(ya)(ya)力大的(de)(de)一(yi)個直接原(yuan)因;二是(shi)家(jia)(jia)庭經濟困難(nan)給大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)心理(li)(li)(li)造(zao)(zao)成壓(ya)(ya)力。在(zai)經濟方面,同一(yi)學(xue)(xue)校的(de)(de)大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)來(lai)自五(wu)湖四(si)海(hai),家(jia)(jia)庭條(tiao)件和家(jia)(jia)庭背(bei)景(jing)千差萬別(bie)。因此(ci),大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)生(sheng)活(huo)水平存在(zai)著差距。現實的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力超過大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)夠承(cheng)受的(de)(de)力度(du)時,大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)就容易患上心理(li)(li)(li)疾病。
1.3社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)壓力(li)。大(da)(da)(da)學生(sheng)(sheng)處在(zai)復雜多變(bian)的(de)社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)環境中(zhong),社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)各方面的(de)壓力(li)給(gei)大(da)(da)(da)學生(sheng)(sheng)心理(li)無形(xing)中(zhong)增加(jia)了壓力(li)。隨著經(jing)濟(ji)和信息時代的(de)到來,社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)各方面的(de)競爭日益激(ji)烈,對(dui)人才的(de)要(yao)求越來越高。同時由于(yu)大(da)(da)(da)學生(sheng)(sheng)缺(que)乏社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)經(jing)驗,學習的(de)理(li)論不(bu)能(neng)很好地與社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)實踐(jian)聯系(xi)起來,對(dui)信息加(jia)工處理(li)能(neng)力(li)較弱,達不(bu)到企(qi)業(ye)(ye)用人標(biao)準,就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)壓力(li)巨大(da)(da)(da),對(dui)前途命運感到渺茫。大(da)(da)(da)學生(sheng)(sheng)即使能(neng)夠就(jiu)業(ye)(ye),但是(shi)對(dui)職場規則不(bu)熟悉也容易產生(sheng)(sheng)各種心理(li)矛盾,這些壓力(li)都給(gei)大(da)(da)(da)學生(sheng)(sheng)心理(li)帶來嚴峻的(de)考驗。
1.4校園生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)壓力(li)。大(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)于(yu)家(jia)庭(ting)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo),它是(shi)(shi)一種集體生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo),同(tong)(tong)(tong)時也是(shi)(shi)一種獨立(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)人生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)。每個(ge)(ge)大(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)要學(xue)(xue)會獨立(li)處(chu)理自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)和社會交際(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關系(xi)。但是(shi)(shi)現(xian)在(zai)很多大(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)都是(shi)(shi)獨生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)子女,沒有(you)獨立(li)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經驗。對于(yu)集體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)學(xue)(xue)校園生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)不(bu)能很好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)適(shi)應(ying),從(cong)而容(rong)易產生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)各種負(fu)面(mian)(mian)情緒,例如抑郁、狂躁、焦慮等(deng)等(deng)。同(tong)(tong)(tong)時大(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)來自不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)背景,個(ge)(ge)性、價值(zhi)觀、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)習(xi)慣都存在(zai)這差(cha)異,這些差(cha)異在(zai)日常生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)中日益(yi)碰撞出矛盾。如果大(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)能很好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)處(chu)理日常生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)和交際(ji)過(guo)程(cheng)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各種沖(chong)突,那(nei)么就會出現(xian)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)程(cheng)度的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)負(fu)面(mian)(mian)情緒。
2、促進大學生身心健康對策分析
