摘要:通信(xin)工(gong)(gong)程建設(she)項目(mu)中進(jin)度(du)(du)管(guan)理直接(jie)影(ying)響(xiang)著(zhu)工(gong)(gong)程推(tui)進(jin)速度(du)(du)與質(zhi)量,實(shi)際(ji)管(guan)理中受(shou)到成本(ben)、組織與質(zhi)量等因素影(ying)響(xiang),要充分正(zheng)視相關(guan)因素的(de)(de)重(zhong)要性,在進(jin)度(du)(du)設(she)計(ji)上依(yi)據(ju)實(shi)際(ji)情(qing)況做一級(ji)、二級(ji)、三級(ji)的(de)(de)進(jin)度(du)(du)計(ji)劃制定落實(shi),完善進(jin)度(du)(du)管(guan)理相關(guan)制度(du)(du),保(bao)證工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人員綜合的(de)(de)專業素養,同(tong)時做好相關(guan)風險管(guan)理,為工(gong)(gong)程開展提(ti)供更多的(de)(de)進(jin)度(du)(du)保(bao)障。

進(jin)度(du)管理是(shi)通過合理科學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)方法來保證項(xiang)目(mu)能(neng)夠依照(zhao)要(yao)(yao)求達到項(xiang)目(mu)完成目(mu)的(de)(de)(de),進(jin)度(du)管理直(zhi)接(jie)反應了(le)通信工程(cheng)建設項(xiang)目(mu)管理的(de)(de)(de)水平,甚至(zhi)影響了(le)工程(cheng)開始的(de)(de)(de)經(jing)濟效益與社(she)會(hui)效益。需(xu)要(yao)(yao)充分正視進(jin)度(du)管理所面臨的(de)(de)(de)問題,從而做針(zhen)對性(xing)管理方案(an)與執行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)操作,確保工程(cheng)進(jin)度(du)按照(zhao)標準(zhun)規范進(jin)行(xing)。
一、影響通信工程建設項目進度管理的相關因素

二、通信工程建設項目中的進度管理策略
