  三、部門與平臺公司工作

  在部門與平臺(tai)公司相互協作的(de)這段時間中,主要不足和改進方法如下:

  1、與平臺(tai)公(gong)司的(de)(de)(de)各部(bu)門(men)(men)(men)之間(jian)加強合(he)作交流,由于(yu)(yu)我(wo)們(men)部(bu)門(men)(men)(men)從事(shi)的(de)(de)(de)基建工(gong)作專業性比(bi)較強,對于(yu)(yu)平臺(tai)公(gong)司的(de)(de)(de)其他(ta)(ta)部(bu)門(men)(men)(men)有(you)些(xie)專業的(de)(de)(de)術語(yu)他(ta)(ta)們(men)根本就(jiu)聽不懂。在合(he)作時(shi)(shi)(shi)多向其他(ta)(ta)部(bu)門(men)(men)(men)學習(xi)和多給他(ta)(ta)們(men)說一些(xie)工(gong)序流程和施工(gong)方法可(ke)以拉近距離。在其他(ta)(ta)部(bu)門(men)(men)(men)如因工(gong)作未完(wan)而影響到(dao)我(wo)部(bu)門(men)(men)(men)工(gong)作時(shi)(shi)(shi)應及時(shi)(shi)(shi)督(du)促,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)說明對我(wo)部(bu)門(men)(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)影響程度。如果督(du)促三次仍沒(mei)有(you)進展(zhan),立即寫協(xie)調函請上級領導(dao)協(xie)調。不能(neng)不聞不問,最后雖然我(wo)部(bu)門(men)(men)(men)不承擔責任,但(dan)是耽擱的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)期時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)是無法彌補(bu)的(de)(de)(de)。

  2、與(yu)平(ping)(ping)臺公司(si)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)之間應(ying)多匯報工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。以(yi)前領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)問起來才(cai)說什么工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)有什么困難,使部(bu)門工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)處于(yu)被動。以(yi)后(hou)只要領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)有時(shi)間就向領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)匯報一個階段(duan)(duan)的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),讓領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)知道這(zhe)一階段(duan)(duan)做了什么,有什么困難。平(ping)(ping)臺公司(si)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)代表(biao)著(zhu)政府,有些任務有一定的政治(zhi)性但是實施起來會增(zeng)加公司(si)成本。在(zai)遇(yu)到這(zhe)種情況(kuang)時(shi)應(ying)仔細向領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)反(fan)應(ying)情況(kuang)解釋說明(ming),給(gei)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)提(ti)供幾種方(fang)案尋(xun)找一個平(ping)(ping)衡點。
